Progressive disease that is Diabetes a chronic disorder characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. The global prevalence of this has nearly doubled among adults. Mellitus (DM) and thyroid diseases are the most common endocrine disorders in clinical practice. Several studies have shown diabetes mellitus associated with an increased incidence disorders. main aim study was to assess patients Diabetes. Therefore, information can guide physicians detect treat problem better. This cross-sectional conducted at outpatient clinics King Fahad General Hospital Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. all 31.2%. frequency without or denied any previous 27.9%. frequent subclinical hypothyroidism, occurring 4.2% type I DM 35.9% II DM. We concluded screening for diabetic essential should be performed routinely due high new cases diagnosed possibility developing risk factors, such as hypertension dyslipidemia, arising from undiagnosed dysfunction.
